Music artist Samuel Jack discusses the burnout and depression that arose from trying to break into the music industry, whilst working long hours in hospitality. He describes the isolation and loneliness caused whilst trying to balance work and life, resulting in sacrifices being made and loss of relationships.

He credits implementing routine into his life in order to navigate living with internal struggles. He also talks about the life changing experiences of counselling and how it taught him things about the emotions he was dealing with.
