this talk: is about slowing down during a time of relentlessness - with Dr Emma Svanberg

Dr Emma Svanberg shows us how to meditate and sit with uncomfortable feelings. She discusses how even a short meditation can reset our bodies and minds. During a time of confusion and hectic-ness, like the pandemic, taking 5 minutes out to reset & rebalance can teach us to slow down and appreciate what we have. It gives us time to address the things we have to do in the day, our negative feelings and thoughts, and any worries we may have.
