this talk: is about listening to yourself & implementing calming techniques when needed - with Reed Amber

Having been diagnosed with OCD, Anxiety & depression, Reed struggled with navigating the peaks & troughs of mental illness. But over the years she has developed life changing techniques, with the help of therapy, to calm down when needed, ground her mind and body and logically recognise her arising emotions and their associated triggers.

Her techniques include; talking, checking in and recognising the triggers behind her anger, frustration and sadness, journaling, breath-work, CBT & DBT.
