Keynote Speakers
One of our primary focuses is delivering experience-led talks. Our speakers discuss their personal experiences of mental health and how they have dealt with their struggles. Talks come in a variety of forms: in-person, online & Instagram Lives.

Panel discussions
A group of our speakers offering various perspectives on your chosen topic, through a panel discussion. These sessions often include audience Q&A to provide an insightful experience.

Workshops
Hands-on sessions with smaller groups, allow our speakers to cover topics in more depth. Workshops include activities & resources, equipping participants to implement newly learnt tools into their daily lives.

Our trained mindfulness practitioners deliver practical wellbeing sessions to promote mental health. With a focus on science backed techniques, we can provide sessions in Yoga, Breath Work, Sound Baths, Meditation and much more.
